Cafe Puerto Rico offers the charming atmosphere of historic Old San Juan, local and hearty Puerto Rican cuisine. The upstairs dining room has picturesque views of Plaza de Colon through antique floor to ceiling wood & glass doors, leading to juliette balconies.
